Making you stand out.

Your challenge - changing behaviours

You know where you want to get to - you're just not sure how to get there…

We work with you to understand what’s really the problem, and how to solve it.

Build it.

We look at the ‘As Is’ to understand what may be holding you back .

We bring your team on the journey through change management.

We help you build your community, improve and grow.

How we work

  • Conducting a Change Impact analysis/learning needs analysis is always a great start - let's ask questions.

What is the current business performance and what is the desired performance? From this we determine the Business Impact objectives for the learning.

What is the current job performance and what is the desired performance? From this we determine the application and implementation objectives. For the learning.

By investing time in this step of the development process, we ensure that performance gaps are identified, learning objectives are defined and measurement criteria are documented for all business outcomes. Design effort is focused on where it can make the most impact and we minimize unnecessary development and delivery.

  • Write objectives

All of the work done in the Analysis phase allows us to define the objectives, these describe what the learner must do on the job when performing the task.

    Develop an Evaluation Strategy

At this stage we agree and document the evaluation strategy for the Learning. The format, structure and cadence of the testing are agreed. Normally we use ‘criterion’ testing, this is where all testing is performance based.

    Select Methods

Following the detailed analysis, we identify the most appropriate channel/blend of channels to deliver the learning solution. We agree the balance between theory and practical application and review most appropriate to the learning requirements.

    Structure Course

For the chosen method(s), we design the course structure. For classroom courses we identify a course and session specification. This breaks the course down to its constituent sessions and defines the learning approach and outcomes for each.

For a Web based course, we develop a similar storyboard of the learning, however, to bring the web based course alive we use a ‘situated learning’ approach. This creates a learning journey that engages the learner, provides opportunities to develop strategies and practice them whilst contextualizing the application of knowledge and skills.

  • Develop Materials

The development phase is the actual creation of the learning materials identified in the Design phase.

Outputs of this phase for are dependent on the learning solutions developed.

  • Dependant on the learning solution agreed upon, there are many ways to implement

    eLearning/mLearning

    Face To Face/ Classroom Training

    Coaching & Mentoring

    Remote

    Via Technologies (VR etc.)

    Things that can impact implementation:

    Consistency of delivery

    Capability of resources

    Robust Technology

    Learning culture

  • We use the recognized Kirkpatrick model of evaluation and link this back to the analysis phase which will have defined the objectives, and how we measure them.
